1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Post day, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not use the application.
2. Use License
Post day is free to download and use. You may create diary entries and use the app's features for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. User Data
You are responsible for the data (diary entries) you enter into the application. Since data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss that occurs due to device failure or app uninstallation. Please use the Backup feature regularly.
4. Advertisements
Our app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree to the display of these advertisements.
5. Disclaimer
The materials on Post day are provided on an 'as is' basis. Makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
